This option is for you if you have a very targeted and specific short term goal that you are looking to achieve. This package is also great for last minute challenges or time sensitive deadlines such as speech preparation.

This option is perfect for you if you already have a relatively strong foundation in English but struggling with confidence and other mental roadblocks that impede progress.
Sessions in this package have a bigger emphasize on coaching which is supplemented by practical skill building and technical feedback.
- Eight (8), 1 hour sessions to be used within a 2 month period
2 Months
(Option 2)
$1200 CAD
This option is ideal for you if you need intensive and immersive support to see progress quickly.
These sessions have a primary focus on practical and technical English language skill building. While the focus is not coaching, coaching can be used to supplement and support your progress.
- Twice (2X) weekly sessions, 45-min duration, for 8 weeks. Total of twelve (12) sessions to be used within a 2-3 month period
4 Months

This option is great for you if you had a sudden change in your life that requires you to suddenly speak English regularly. It’s also great for those who are working towards long term goals and dedicated to meeting them with support.
- Twice (2X) weekly sessions, 45 mins duration, for 8 weeks, followed by…
- Once (1X) weekly sessions, 1 hour duration, for 8 weeks
- E-mail support between sessions
Public Service of Canada
Government Employees
Are you in Public Service and needing to pass your English second language oral exam with a B or C grade? This service is specificially designed for you! Our work together pivots around mock interviews to simulate and prepare you for the real exam. You receive targeted feedback and tailor made lessons to strengthen your areas of weakness. You will be prepared to answer questions professionally, succinctly and correctly. What’s more is that these lessons really go beyond just learning English – my approach to language learning is holistic – by blending technical skills with life coaching, all of my clients report increased confidence after our work together!
4 Sessions

For those who have a strong foundation but require pre-exam practice and targeted feedback to ensure success.

6 Weeks

A 6-week intensive program. This is my most popular option. Students gain progress and have a clear understanding after the six weeks as to whether they are ready or what additional preparation is required.

- 6 consecutive weeks

This option is ideal for those who know they need extra support. For example, perhaps you failed your first attempt at the oral exam or received specific feedback from a superior that you need to improve.
- Twice (2X) weekly sessions, 45 mins each, for 8 weeks, followed by:
- Once (1X) weekly sessions, 1-hour each, for 4 weeks

Jessica Budgell, BSc, CNP, Coach
Known for her ability to ‘see’ people and support their problem solving, Jessica is committed to making sure you learn the skills needed to advance your English while having fun in the process.
Jessica has years of teaching experience which is also supported by her skillsets as an excellent coach and facilitator. Other certifications include a BSc in Environmental Science and Community Design and a diploma in Holistic Nutrition.
Previously, Jessica had a strong dialect local to her home province. After realizing people had difficulties understanding her, she trained herself to speak with a neutral accent and is known for her clarity of speech and strong communication skills. Now, she loves to support others in overcoming their own language barriers.
When she is not with clients, Jessica loves spending time with her family, gardening, cooking, cycling, creative projects and dancing around the house!
